Yoga Challenge

Last year we created a pilot program for better health and nutrition redirection through the yoga challenge.

During our first year 15 people participated. We lost a total of over 400 pounds and created a strong community at the same time. To date -- no one has gained the weight back!

During our second year 41 students signed up for the challenge. What can we do this year?
