Preparing for class:
Classes are 90 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring the following:
- 32 oz. bottle of water
- Towel (You can also rent one
from us)
- Yoga Mat (You can rent or
purchase one from us)
Tips:
- Practice on an empty stomach.
- Wear light workout clothing.
- Be prepared to sweat.
We have showers and changing rooms
available. There is ample parking on the street (up 10th Avenue towards Kirkham.)
